Excellent and reliable service! The staff were very friendly, helpful and reliable. As soon as we arrived, we were promptly driven to the airport. When we returned, we were sent a link to request for the shuttle service and it arrived in less than 10 mins after we collected our luggages. Highly recommended and we will definitely use it for our future travels.

How long does the transfer to the airport take?
The transfer takes only 8 minutes. At least two shuttles are always in operation. Our friendly drivers will take your luggage and bring you directly to your gate at Zurich Airport without any waiting.
How long do I have to wait for my transfer?

How do I get back to my car?
You can request the driver at the press of a button. In your booking confirmation, which you received via SMS and email, you will find a large colorful button labeled 'Request Transfer.' Click on it, and a driver will pick you up within a few minutes. Our buses are at the airport every few minutes.

Our parking lot at Zurich Airport is located at Überlandstrasse 1, 8600 Dübendorf, Switzerland. On our booking page, you will find a Google Maps map showing the exact location.
What happens in case of a delayed return flight?
Of course, we will wait for you and take you from the airport to your car in the parking lot. Click 'Request Transfer' in your booking confirmation as soon as you have received your luggage.
Is there a 50% van surcharge for my vehicle?
The price includes parking and 2 transfers. A 50% surcharge applies to larger vehicles such as vans. Examples: Mercedes Vito, Viano, Sprinter, or VW Multivan, Transporter, Crafter. If you have any questions about the surcharge, we will be happy to assist you via email or phone.
