Best airport parking experience we’ve ever had. We wouldn’t use anyone else for Zurich. Great service, never wait long for the very comfortable transfer, much cheaper than others! We recommend leaving a tip as these guys work really hard to provisorisch de such great customer care. Thank you!

What's not to like? The process was very clear and easy to follow. We arrived really early in the morning and were greeted with a friendly smile. Within no time we were at the airport. Upon our return we ordered a shuttle, and finding your way back to the parking area is easy as they provide a video clip on where to go. Both drivers were very friendly. We would recommend this service and use it again in future.

The transfer takes only 8 minutes. At least two shuttles are always in operation. Our friendly drivers will take your luggage and bring you directly to your gate at Zurich Airport without any waiting.
How long do I have to wait for my transfer?
Our drivers are ready to take you directly to your gate at Zurich Airport without delay. If all shuttles (at least two are always in operation) are currently at the airport, we will return in just a few minutes to pick you up comfortably from the parking garage.

When do I have to pay for parking?
You can pay the parking fees for the entire parking duration at the parking machine upon your return using a debit or credit card. Unfortunately, we do not accept cash.
When should I arrive at the parking lot?
Most guests arrive at the parking lot about 2 hours before their departure time. The total time from arrival at the parking lot to arrival at the terminal is approximately 10 minutes.
How long does the transfer from the parking lot to Zurich Airport take?
The travel time between the parking lot and Zurich Airport is 8 minutes. We take you directly from the parking lot to your terminal.
How can I change or cancel my reservation?
You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the specified arrival time. After booking, you will receive a confirmation via SMS and email. Through this confirmation, you can make changes to your booking with just a few clicks.
How do I get back to my car?
You can request the driver at the press of a button. In your booking confirmation, which you received via SMS and email, you will find a large colorful button labeled 'Request Transfer.' Click on it, and a driver will pick you up within a few minutes. Our buses are at the airport every few minutes.
Where can I find the parking lot?
Our parking lot at Zurich Airport is located at Überlandstrasse 1, 8600 Dübendorf, Switzerland. On our booking page, you will find a Google Maps map showing the exact location.
What happens in case of a delayed return flight?
Of course, we will wait for you and take you from the airport to your car in the parking lot. Click 'Request Transfer' in your booking confirmation as soon as you have received your luggage.
Is there a 50% van surcharge for my vehicle?
The price includes parking and 2 transfers. A 50% surcharge applies to larger vehicles such as vans. Examples: Mercedes Vito, Viano, Sprinter, or VW Multivan, Transporter, Crafter. If you have any questions about the surcharge, we will be happy to assist you via email or phone.
